Baron Christopher Hanson is a commercial real estate and capital investment advisor with Align'd Properties, specializing in the private, off-market disposition and acquisition of Retail, Industrial, and Medical assets and land.

Before focusing his career on commercial real estate transactions, the "Red Baron" led a turnaround, growth-strategy, and management consulting firm for a quarter-century, advising entrepreneurial, corporate, and government leaders nationwide –– often involving real estate expansions, site strategies, and capital-allocation decisions.

A former international rugby player and current CCIM candidate/member, Baron is a two-time Harvard graduate with honors. His academic accomplishments include real estate development, finance, urban planning, architecture, law, and psychology.

With 30 years of professional experience, Baron focuses on institutional, 1031 exchange, and assemblage transactions throughout South Carolina and select U.S. markets, whilst bringing an analytical, principal-minded approach to valuation, underwriting, transaction strategy, and portfolio optimization.
