Mary Beth serves as Principal and Broker in Charge at ALIGN’D Properties. She approaches every client’s investment with the care and scrutiny she would give her own, believing that trust is earned through honest advice, thoughtful analysis, and follow-through.

Raised in a real estate family, Mary Beth brings a lifelong foundation in the industry to every client relationship and property she represents. She began her commercial real estate career in Miami, Florida, specializing in retail shopping centers with Current Capital. She later joined The DeMarco Group, expanding into general commercial acquisitions and dispositions across all asset classes developing a broad perspective on how properties perform and where opportunity lies.

From uncovering off-market opportunities to navigating complex ownership structures, she helps clients understand their options, evaluate risks, and determine their next steps.
